At Mr Bongo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
